  Learn & develop a broad skill set in plumbing and electrical work with ongoing training from experienced tradesmen
• Gain hands-on experience – we are willing to provide apprenticeships and on-the-job training for entry-level candidates AND growth opportunities for already skilled tradesmen
• Train with a crew working on new homes, remodeling projects, and repairs
• Work full-time hours (7 AM-5 PM) with flexibility – our company prioritizes work-life balance
• Perform electrical installations, retrofitting, and troubleshooting in new homes and remodels
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on electrical systems
• Install water supply and drainage systems in new homes and for kitchen/bathroom renovations
• Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements (e.g., sinks, faucets, water heaters)
• Travel to job sites within a 30-mile radius
• Earn performance-based raises as you advance your skillset

Our Ideal Mechanical Crew Assistant:

• Experience: Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC background is preferred. Willing to expand skills and gain expertise in areas beyond your primary focus. We will provide on-the-job training as an apprenticeship for entry-level candidates.
• Team Player: Works well with others and follows instructions to contribute effectively to the team's success.
• Detail-oriented: Pays close attention to details and is committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Friendly & Professional: Approaches homeowners with a respectful, professional demeanor. Cares about customer satisfaction.

• Active: Capable of performing tasks that involve lifting up to 75 lbs., working from a ladder, and handling various environments and conditions.
