• Take pride in creating high-quality, custom-colored paint, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every batch to exceed customer expectations.
• Mix & tint paint based on customer orders, following color formulas and custom specifications.
• Use color-matching equipment and expertise to match custom colors for various projects, ensuring the final color matches the sample or customer specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and accuracy in color and texture before delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tints and paints; notify management when supplies are low or new stock is needed.
• Operate & maintain tinting machines and related equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and cleaning.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of orders.
• Work full-time hours – Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with overtime available.

We seek an experienced Paint Tinter/Color Mixer to join our team. In this role, you will work in our warehouse, tinting and color-matching our paint to exact specifications and maintaining our high-quality standards through rigorous quality control. Your expertise will ensure that every product meets customer expectations and is prepared for timely shipping, playing a crucial role in our commitment to excellence.

Our Ideal Paint Tinter/Color Mixer:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in paint tinting or color matching. Familiarity with tinting machines, color-matching tools, and paint-mixing techniques is preferred. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to match colors precisely and accurately.
• Problem-solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve color discrepancies or other tinting-related issues.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong ability to work well with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Organized: Strong organizational skills to maintain records of inventory and tinting processes.
• Independent: Works well independently after receiving proper training.
• Computer Savvy: Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and able to learn inventory and color-matching software.
• Active: Able to lift at least 50 lbs. to move full five-gallon buckets, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
