We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Team Builder Recruiting. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality cargo trailers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install various components, including plywood flooring, wall panels, and trim pieces.
- Operate machinery and equipment, such as saws, shears, and drill presses, to produce high-quality parts and panels.
- Perform basic electrical wiring tasks, such as routing and connecting trailer lighting and other systems.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions to meet production specifications.
- Work safely with hand and power tools and material handling equipment.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 years of general labor experience (construction, landscaping, or apprenticeship) required; power tools, saws, and metalworking equipment experience are a plus but not required - we're willing to train.
