Great Deck and Fence company opening a new branch here in Sarasota, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor/Foreman to oversee our fencing division and ensure we are delivering the highest quality standards, while providing top notch customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance on the Job.

Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate project scheduling, including managing timelines and resources effectively.
- Utilize proprietary in house software “StickyOS” to ensure proper communication, meetings and follow up.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Familiarity with construction site operations, including knowledge of tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
