Job Description
The Crew Chief will be responsible for leading our team to achieve exceptional results. This includes working directly with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth through growing guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coaching and executing excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements
- One to three years of retail management experience.
