Job Description:
As a Store Leadership Specialist with Team Car Care, you'll take charge in our Jiffy Lube store, boosting sales, controlling costs, and ensuring guests leave satisfied. You'll develop our team, maintain our facilities, and set the standard for professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
