Elite Martial Arts is expanding and looking for a Program Director to run our After School & Summer Camp programs, along with running our office for all programs for ages 18 and up.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Program Director
Pay: $16-$20 per hour
Weekly Hours: 30-32 (Camp weeks 37)
TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Run ASP/SC programs, all aspects business aspects of location. Including hiring and training
2. Planning asp/camp activities and leading games and fun.
3. Doing membership sales, retail sales, and overall student/parent customer service. Hitting financial goals.
ATTIRE/ QUALITIES:
1. Clean Elite Polo or tee ( Elite T-shirt as back up)
2. Black athletic pants or shorts
3. Tennis shoes on field trips
4. Outgoing, people friendly, organized, self starter, detail oriented, great
communication
*Also, practice good hygiene. Keep facial hair well-manicured.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Current approved first aid and CPR certification.*
2. Prior experience working with kids; childcare experience is a plus.
3. Prior management experience a big plus. Experience with: Dance, Cheerleading, PE type games, Arts/crafts, Music, etc.
4. High school graduate or equivalent or minimum of 18 yrs. old.
5. Pass background check.
6. Driver’s license & excellent driving record. Possible periodic drug testing
7. Attend weekly and quarterly staff trainings. Possibly lead weekly staff trainings.
8. Fully trained and comfortable with After School Coordinator/Camp Coach responsibilities
9. Must have computer skills including: Microsoft word, (Basic) Microsoft Excel, and general internet search skills.
10. Must have knowledge of social media platforms including: Facebook and Instagram
11. Must have great phone and texting skills.
12. Must be coachable and willing to learn our systems of conducting business At hire or earliest possible training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Enroll new members: master enrollment charts/procedure & enter new memberships in software system.
2. Do Director’s checklist
3. Call parents for injuries or behavioral problems.
4. Support coaching staff and filling in as required.
5. Run promo booths & Event planning
6. Disciplinary enforcement (staff/student) if needed.
7. Implement new hire onboarding system.
8. Administer student medications.
9. Run intros and conduct all ASP/SC tours to sign ups
10. Pro shop/front desk sales
11. Transport ASP kids
12. Support coaching staff and filling in as needed
13. Opening and closing facility (depends on shift)
14. Assisting team in cleaning duties
15. Make staff schedules and manage hours
16. Updating social media
17. Make sure daily schedules are being followed
18. Manage gear orders.
19. To request a day off; you must have a sub and they must complete your manager/cleaning checklists since its your responsibility. Also no call ins are allowed unless you have a sub and they are trained on your responsibilities and checklists.
Typical Work Schedule During School Year:
Mondays 11 am-12 pm HQ-Richmond, then 1 pm to 7 pm
Tuesdays-Friday 1 pm-7 pm
Typical Summer Camp/School Out Days Work Schedule: 7:30 am-3:30 pm and more

Typical Daily Routine:
· 1 pm/2 pm Clean & begin director checklist
· 2:15-3:30 PM Afterschool pick up and drop off
· 3:30 PM-6 PM ASP program rotations
6 PM-7 PM Clean ASP program and front desk sales/sign ups
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
