As an Account Executive, you have the opportunity to maximize your earnings with a base salary plus uncapped commission potential, while also making a difference for our customers, their businesses, and the hard-working workforces they are building and supporting.

As an Account Executive, you will:
- Be involved in the full cycle of the sales process from start to finish, from prospecting to onboarding.
- Run product demos via screen-share or in person at events to understand potential customers' unmet needs and show how Team Engine helps customers solve similar problems.
- Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of Team Engine's rapidly expanding product, our competitors, target markets and use-cases.
- Close new accounts and pursue expansion opportunities among your recently acquired customers.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date picture of your sales pipeline and record of all activities.
- Pursue continuous growth of your skillset and customer base.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Outbound prospecting experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed quantifiable performance targets
- Highly coachable, self-motivated, tenacious and organized
- Willing to travel at least 4 times per year
Ideal Qualifications:
- Direct, professional experience in an industry where we focus such as landscaping, home services, or construction
- High-volume phone-based prospecting experience
- Proven, successful B2B software sales or marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting base salary of $60,000-$80,000 with unlimited commission potential (expected OTE up to $160,000)
