Position Summary
Team Escrow Inc. in Irvine is seeking a receptionist / office assistant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· The reception area will be staffed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday- Friday.
· Answering the phone
· Assisting in various daily operations
· Providing customer service
· Distribute messenger deliveries, as needed
· Storing, organizing and managing files
· Sending out and receiving mail and packages
Qualifications
· High-School Diploma or Equivalent
· Strong Customer Service Focus
· Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
· Strong Attention to Detail
· Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment
· Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask
· Familiarity with Computers, including Microsoft Office Outlook
· Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail
· Language: Fluent in English and bilingual in Korean is preferred
