ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager is a highly motivated, self-starter who will play a crucial role in planning, executing and overseeing large-scale company projects and new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with financial acumen to spearhead key projects directly aligned with our strategic business objectives. The Project Manager will report directly to our CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hold all key players accountable for their role in each project. The Project Manager must be a skilled communicator who is able to convey information, ideas and policy to all levels within the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and implementation of major company projects and new business objectives.
- Lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and support, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company strategy and financial guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve success within set parameters.
- Conduct financial analysis to ensure project viability and alignment with company financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal departmental leaders to gather necessary insights and resources, facilitating effective project execution.
- Coordinate external resources and third parties / vendors.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project impact and protect company interests.
- Review and assess project outcomes against established goals post-implementation to capture key takeaways to optimize constant evolution for future efforts.
