Team Global is looking for a Corporate Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic!
Position Purpose:
Team Global is looking for a Corporate Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic. The sheet metal mechanic will safely layout, fabricate, and install parts, equipment, and fabricated items on aircraft, following established procedures. This role ensures all work meets company specifications and quality standards to exceed customer expectations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 Years of experience required
- Valid Driver’s License
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform sheet-metal layout, fabrication, and installation of parts, equipment, or fabricated items on corporate aircraft.
- Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with internal paperwork, sign-offs, and quality specifications.
- Use blueprints to cut, form, and shape plastics and materials, following standard procedures for adhesives, sealants, and solvents.
- Safely operate shop equipment such as brakes, presses, riveting tools, shears, and hand tools associated with sheet-metal functions.
- Comply with all safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies, ensuring the aircraft interiors are properly protected.
- Assist in monthly 5S audits and contribute to maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
- Use the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks, and sign off on work completed.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as Kaizen events, and assist in meeting OGSM requirements.
- Maintain and properly use company-provided tools and equipment, ensuring they are returned to the tool room after use.
- Follow proper waste disposal protocols for fluids, oils, hydraulic fluids, and solvents.

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
