What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries, establishing strong connections to encourage dealership visits.

• Schedule appointments and follow up effectively to ensure customers’ needs are met and appointments convert into sales.

• Follow up with current customers to drive retention and satisfaction, including lease retention, showroom visit follow-up, and phone call follow-up.

• Manage all lead activity in VinSolutions CRM, using our systems to track, follow up, and build customer relationships.

• Collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless experience for customers throughout their buying journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a BDC role, customer service, or sales is preferred, though we’re open to training highly motivated candidates.

• Top notch communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are a must.

• Comfortable with technology; experience in VinSolutions is a plus, though training will be provided.

• Highly efficient at using various online & multimedia platforms.
