Location : Remote (Florida Based)
Compensation : Base Salary : $110K / year Sales Incentives (Up to $36K / year) | Total Potential Earnings : $146K / year

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Team Development – Set clear goals, foster a high-performance culture, and develop a winning team.

- Strategic Growth & Market Expansion – Execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and position the company for long-term success.

- Sales Process Optimization – Leverage D365 Sales CRM to track performance, optimize efficiency, and improve forecasting.
- Collaboration with Sister Companies – Create synergy and cross-selling opportunities within the organization.
- Competitive Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends and position StoneHardscapes as a market leader.
- Performance Metrics & Accountability – Use data-driven analysis to drive improvement and exceed revenue goals.
