General Summary
The Operations Coordinator II is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day coordination and management of business operations activities. The Operations Coordinator II is responsible for monitoring the operational performance of the District.
Essential Job Functions
Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and quality standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
Adheres to and is a champion of TEAM's Core Values
Supports operations in management of the scheduling and assignment of technicians to field projects
Communicates "stop work" authority to employees and provides support in difficult customer situations and/or unsafe conditions
Oversees the quality management system within the district and acts as District Quality Monitor as needed
Coordinates and monitors the training and certification management program
Supports and oversees various operations within the district as needed including warehousing, shipping and receiving, general shop and/or driving tasks
Oversees the maintenance of the district fleet, supplies inventory, and equipment in a cost effective manner
Implements strategies meant to assist the district in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible
Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Three (3) or more years' experience in an operations coordinator or similar role
Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving
Ability to travel up to 25%
Work Conditions
Position is located in the District office
Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively
