Job Summary :
The Specialist attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting websites, applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, outreach recruiting, and other sourcing methods.
Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Contacts will be responsible for seeking out qualified candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Works with department managers to determine hiring needs.
- Recruitment for all locations. Including screening resumes / applications.
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Extends offers and negotiated compensation.
- Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
- Ensures open positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
