About the Role:
As a Campground Operations Coach (Asset Manager), you'll be a key player in our company's success, overseeing the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of RV parks and campgrounds. You'll coach and mentor General Managers, manage budgets, optimize revenue streams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a highly visible role that offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to drive both operational success and profitability.
What You'll Do:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, analyze reports, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Coach and support General Managers, ensure operational efficiency, and implement process improvements.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, evaluate feedback, and drive marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and satisfaction.
- Capital Improvements: Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with long-term asset strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Review performance reports, track KPIs, and conduct performance reviews with General Managers.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations, implement emergency preparedness plans, and mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Business Development: Participate in acquisitions, develop growth strategies, and represent the company at industry events.
