THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of their assigned Moonlight Basin community, including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The goal of this position is to maintain efficient operations with an owner first mentality to deliver a consistently outstanding experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the residential properties in assigned neighborhood (roughly 20 residences).
- Act as single point of contact for homeowners.
- Facilitate communications between the operations team and the housekeeping and maintenance teams, regarding questions or concerns involving property management and pre-arrival preparations.
- Contribute to the development of the departmental budget and for developing detailed budgets for neighborhoods with relevant financial reports.
- Participate in marketing strategies and in establishing rate structures for your assigned neighborhood.
- Assist in matters related to owner services, satisfaction, and resolutions.
- Property Managers are responsible for the daily supervision, coaching, scheduling, hiring and training of all Residential associates and reservationists.
- Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper to plan housekeeping schedules for the day/week.
- Procure and enter work logs for appropriate residences daily.
- Maintain an accurate home inventory for each home in your neighborhood and bill accordingly.
- Stage homes for arrival including stocking home with groceries and amenity presentation with welcome card.
KEYS TO SUCCESS:
- High school diploma or GED, associate degree in business preferred.
- A minimum of two years of property management or similar experience
- A minimum of two years of management experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable Vehicle
