Hiring Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $95K-$115K Per Annum.

Backend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and services using .NET Core / .NET 6 .
Write clean, modular, and testable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
System Architecture & Optimization:
Contribute to the architecture and design of backend systems, ensuring they are cloud-ready and scalable.
Optimize databases and queries for performance (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Implement secure and reliable authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
DevOps & Deployment:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
Optimize cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) for cost, performance, and availability.
Testing & Monitoring:
Develop comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and load tests.
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Serilog, ELK Stack, or Datadog) to ensure system reliability.
This role will report to the VP of Engineering.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience developing backend applications with .NET Core / .NET 6 .
Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
Proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) with an understanding of query optimization (and what logic doesn’t belong in a database).
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.
Knowledge of modern security practices, including authentication and encryption.
Bonus Points for:
Experience With Kubernetes/ECS Or Other Orchestration Tools.
Knowledge of event-driven workflow architectures.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Prior Experience Building Serverless Solutions (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
