What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, dispatching, and service execution.
- Manage and support field technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company service standards.
- Work closely with leadership to implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management (preferably in the plumbing, home services, or construction industries).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM and scheduling software.
