Responsibilities :
Oversee daily restaurant operationsDeliver superior guest service by responding to guest needs in a professional, efficient mannerOversee hiring to maintain appropriately staffed restaurantCreate weekly schedulesTrain and develop team in order to produce future all starsMonitor and assess staff performanceCoach and mentor staff on performance issuesPromote your brand in order to meet sales expectationsBe a good neighbor and form community partnershipsTrack and report inventoryMonitor financial resultsMaintain inventory levelsOther duties as assignedQualifications :
