What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Mental Health Assessor - Contract (LMHP) position at Team Services?
Team, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals (LMHPs) to perform clinical intake assessments for Mobile Crisis, RCSU, Community Stabilization, Mental Health Skill-Building and Intensive In Home services on a PRN basis. This includes provision of the face to face assessment as well as submitting clinical documentation. Availability to complete assessments for crisis services on short notice is strongly preferred. This is a contract position. License by the Board of Counseling, Board of Social Work or Board of Psychology is required. Knowledge of mental health skill-building and crisis stabilization eligibility criteria is preferred.
