TEAM SPORTING GOODS, Inc. is looking for a PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT who will thrive in a fast paced office setting. We are a full line institutional athletic dealership located in Marshfield, WI. We provide hundreds of schools and athletic organizations all across the Midwest with a wide variety of athletic products for all sports. We also have an in-house art and screen printing department that can create distinctive designs for any garment or occasion.
Job Duties:
- Order entry
- General office duties (i.e. answer phones, filling, etc.)
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Work effectively and efficiently with external customers including sales people, vendors, customers, and other external contacts
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, strong ability to multitask and strong organization skills
- Working knowledge of computer software and general computer navigation skills required
- Proficient data entry and typing skills
- Prior office experience a plus, but not required
Hours: Monday – Friday, Part-Time
