Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage virtual newāhire orientations and departure processes, including paperwork, access provisioning, and equipment logistics.
People Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in our people platform; process status changes, benefits enrollments, and payroll inputs.
Talent Support: Assist with job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Employee Inquiries: Act as a primary point of contact for team questions on policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring prompt, accurate guidance.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate routine peopleāoperations reports and ensure documentation aligns with internal standards and local regulations.
Culture & Engagement: Support virtual events, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives to foster strong connections across time zones.

1ā2 years in a peopleāfocused or operations roleāexperience with distributed teams is a plus
