Team Staffing Solutions-Ft. Madison is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience working in a factory or warehouse environment. This role involves operating machinery and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Position Summary:
12-hour swing shifts on a 2-3-2 schedule
Rotating: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
In this role, you will operate a Stacker Machine while monitoring for proper stacking. You will also adjust machines as needed. This role inspects sheets and documents findings during this inspection. You will also perform and document all required quality checks.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old to apply
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Must be able to meet background requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have good hygiene
- Must have a positive attitude and great attendance
