This position will work directly with the offices, banks, and other internal departments regarding daily deposits and banking needs of the practices. This position will support our Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers and AZPV (Lovet) lines of business. This person will be heavily involved in the daily and month end closing process of reconciling deposits to bank accounts.
Responsibilities:
General ledger and journal entry experience required.
Bank Reconciliation experience required.
Analysis of transactions and vendor statements.
Calculating and accruing bank, lending, and credit card fees based on sales volumes.
Supporting weekly and daily payment processing.
Supporting other finance staff and managers during month-end P&L review processes.
Various clerical duties and projects as needed.
Ability to learn multiple new software systems.
Takes personal ownership of job responsibilities.
Clearly communicates issues and works collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
Highly proficient within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Superior time management and prioritization skills.
Problem solving skills and analytical skills required.
Proven success in the delivery of superior customer service.
Works well in a team driven environment.
Acute attention to detail required.
Minimum Education and Experience:
A 2-year degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar work experience is preferred.
Effective communications skills are needed to work cooperatively with other departments.
Base Pay Range: $23.00 - 25.00/hr. (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications), and will be based on-site in East Syracuse, NY.
