Essential job functions:
- Develop and/or improve content using a variety of modalities, including video, simulation, in-person learning, live virtual learning, and web-based. Uses tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.
- Design and deliver training for all clinical team members, ensuring content is role-specific and aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist with project management tasks, including building plans and updating detailed project sheets
- Assess and recommend new trainings, development tools, and applications
- Support team toward achieving department goals and priorities
- Evaluate learner performance by monitoring behaviors and identifying issues such as poor attitude, skill gaps, attendance challenges, or training difficulties, and communicate findings to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and Human Resources.
- Facilitates specialized training programs, such as CPR, BAT, Urine Collector, DOT guidelines, IM, Spirometry, vaccine updates, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and other management-requested topics
- Maintains the accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes or new content from the Director of Education and Training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation.
- 1 to 3 years of clinical healthcare experience.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Basic knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
- Proficiency in creating, composing, and editing instructional materials.
- Proficiency, or proven ability to learn technologies such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Captivate and Premiere, Vyond, Camtasia, Kahoot, Miro, Smartsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc. and SharePoint
- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, impactful educational content.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in content and logistics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Local travel required.
- Must reside in an area in which WellNow has open clinics: New York, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

Starting Salary at $65,000
