Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing Optimization will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of ClearChoice’s media optimization efforts. This role will be focused on driving continuous improvement across all marketing channels, including digital, social, traditional media. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing measurement strategies for ClearChoice, analyzing data, and generating insights to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Conceive and execute analytics strategy for media measurement, insights and optimization for digital and off-line media (e.g., social, programmatic, device, television). Demonstrate strategic agility and thought leadership in collaboration with marketing leaders to evolve KPIs and measurement approaches.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost-per-acquisition.
- Design, implement and evolve advanced media measurement techniques to guide decision-making, including control holdout design, A/B testing, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
- Conduct downstream analyses of user-behavior on platform and develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to drive growth.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate with marketing leadership to define shared objectives, develop analytic plans and execute analyses that drive business change.
- Synthesize complex analyses of media performance and user-level behavior on the site into digestible, impactful insights to share for a variety of audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., content, creative, analytics) and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are optimized for the target audience and driving acquisition performance at every touchpoint.
- Budget Management: Oversee the allocation and management of media budgets, ensuring efficient spend across multiple platforms to maximize conversion and returns.
- Paid Media Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Online Video advertising, and apply these insights to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed, data-driven reports and actionable insights to leadership, focusing on performance trends, campaign ROI, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Minimum Education and Experience
- BS or MS holder. Typical backgrounds include: Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Management/Business Information Systems, Physical Sciences or Quantitative Social Sciences, but so long as you otherwise recognize yourself in and feel passion for this type of challenge, we would love to hear from you.
- 10 years of experience in Media and Analytics or a similar field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketing optimization principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of the dental implant market
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Salary: Annual pay range: $200,000 - $225,000, plus bonus/incentives
