As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Manager, Commercial Strategy. The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy will play a crucial role in driving TAG’s growth by transforming our operating model with innovative new products, technologies, and services. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to bring new concepts to our operating partners and patients initially for Aspen Dental, expanding to other TAG brands over time. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical, procurement, field operations, marketing, and finance to drive growth objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution to ensure successful implementation of TAG’s strategic vision.
Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver growth by owning major product launches and operational transformation projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for new products, technologies, and services for TAG brands across our 1,500 retail health locations
- Create operating models and go-to-market strategies for scaled implementation across our network, working closely with our operating partners in the field
- Create compelling offerings across new and existing products to maintain competitive and cutting-edge value propositions to customers
- Collaborate with clinical teams to understand new technologies and translate clinical benefits into powerful value propositions for patients
- Liaise with finance to develop pricing strategies, financial models, and ROI projections for projects and initiatives
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to translate commercial offerings into compelling consumer messaging
- Present strategies, go-to-market plans, and results to executive leadership
- Collaborate across a variety of corporate support functions to bring our commercial vision to life, including legal, revenue cycle, HR, and accounting
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; top-tier MBA strongly preferred
- 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, operational transformation, or strategic marketing roles, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully bringing new products, services, or operating models to market in large retail or consumer-oriented companies
- Strong understanding of the dental care market, including current trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling and business cases
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data analysis tools, and project management software
- Experience with change management and ability to drive adoption of new processes
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
Annual Pay Range: $120-145k, plus bonus opportunity
