ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in 2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. ClearChoice has experienced strong growth over the years and today is a leader in the United States in providing dental implant treatments. Beyond restoring teeth, this is about people getting their lives back. ClearChoice Management Services, LLC (CCMS) provides administrative practice management services to the ClearChoice network.

Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager, Program and Performance. The Senior Manager, Program and Performance will oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with and promotion of the organization's goals and objectives. This role is responsible for driving performance excellence, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Manager, Program and Performance will operate at a tactical, strategic and operational level, often handling the oversight and delivery of projects that require cross-functional collaboration with both ClearChoice and TAG stakeholders. Finally, the SMPP has the skill and experience to integrate themselves into the organization and quickly assess issues that serve as barriers to the organization operating at maximum capacity.

Program and Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of operational programs, including technical training, business initiatives, and soft skills enhancement.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Communicate initiative status to leaders, pulling in other leaders or team members as necessary
  • Oversee project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company
  • Research, benchmark, analyze data and make recommendations

Strategic Initiatives

  • Oversee leadership and steering committee meeting preparation and creation of meeting materials
  • Design and oversee rollout, communication and adoption strategies for pilot programs and network-wide launches
  • Create and update monthly dashboards for the COO and SVP of Operations and help track changes in key metrics
  • Identify and lead high-profile strategic projects
  • Define and research new ideas and business initiatives
  • Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders

Performance Management:

  • Establish and maintain a robust performance management framework to track and measure program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess program impact and success.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with departmental leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Engage with external vendors and consultants to enhance training offerings.
  • Communicate training strategies and outcomes to leadership and other stakeholders.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and pilot initiatives.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and return on investment.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve program quality and relevance.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, performance management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex programs and initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and strive amidst shifting priorities
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create effective reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, self-sufficient and able to move projects forward with little direction or follow-up
  • Ability to distill complex concepts and information into succinct, easy to understand summaries
  • Presentation creation skills
  • Experience in Dental field a plus

Annual Pay Range: $135-145k, plus bonus opportunity
