What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Show Host/Hostess (Raleigh/Triangle openings) (Please Read Entire Description before applying) position at Team Trivia Raleigh-Durham & Eastern NC?
Do you like to be the center of attention and do you enjoy playing bar trivia? Would you like to make a little extra money each week? Have you ever thought about hosting a bar trivia game?
Our national trivia company is looking for a weekly host for two of our shows in the Raleigh/Triangle area, as well as a back-up host for our surrounding area locations. Typical shows last less than three hours including pre-show prep, hosting the show itself and breakdown after the show.
***We have a 30 Second Rocks (music bingo) show at our Raleigh location - Lola's Beach Bar - Tuesdays at 730pm, with host arriving no later than 700pm for setup. Training will be held at Lola's.***
***We have a 30 Second Rocks (music bingo) show at our Morrisville location - Flight Deck NC - Wednesdays at 630pm, with host arriving no later than 600pm for setup. Training will be held at Flight Deck or Lola's***
(This show may move to Thursdays, and it is in discussion with management)

Trivia Host Requirements: Great mic skills and voice, Quick sense of humor, Engaging and out-going personality, Dependability and the ability to work without supervision
Computer with internet access and Spotify required
Availability and desire to host at least two shows per week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday availability is a must, with open availability throughout the week if needed as a fill-in preferred. Possibility of more regular weekly shows, Rocks and Trivia, in the near future. (We do our best to give sufficient notice if you're needed as a substitute).
Hosts are paid for each completed show. For the first weekly show - $50. For the second weekly show, the host will be paid $60. For the third or any additional shows in the week, $70. (Training is compensated)
Hosts must be at least 21 years of age.
