Team UIS offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals wanting to kickstart their electrical career, the Warehouse Assistant offers an entry-level job with a chance to grow into an IBEW Apprenticeship!
Roles & Responsibilities: As an Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing, loading, and running materials to job sites, customers, suppliers, and other branches.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse, office space, and bathrooms.
- Seasonal maintenance, snow removal, gardening, leaves, etc.
- Assist purchasers and other warehouse staff with special projects.
- Performing other duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of Team UIS
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
- Perfect driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience handling trailers
- Able to lift upwards of 70 lbs
- Alignment with and support of Team UIS’s core values.
Preferred Skills
- Forklift experience
