TEAM is looking for a Triage/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will serve as the initial contact for answering phones, performing client intakes, scheduling appointments, answering member questions related to TEAM services, and entering clinical information into TEAM software. At TEAM, we provide hard-working individuals in the labor and service industries with the right care at the right time and take a holistic approach to understanding client issues.
The position is Monday-Friday, Full Time/In-Office. The Triage/Administrative Assistant’s hourly salary is $20 to $22.30, commensurate with education and experience.

Education:
High School Diploma, Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Institution and/or 1 year experience working in the Medical, Behavioral Health, or Substance Use Disorder setting.
Experience:
1 year as Medical Receptionist, Medical front desk, Health Unit Coordinator, Clinical Assistant, or Triage scheduling preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. Advanced computer and internet navigation skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and electronic health record keeping software. Ability to be flexible in handling crises. Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural situations. Ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with referrals to TEAM affiliates for ongoing care.
- Perform consistent verbal and written follow-up with clients.
- Handle in-person and phone crises that require quick judgement and response.
- Assist in preparation and development of promotional items related to TEAM.
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant state and federal confidentiality regulations.
- Interact, communicate and promote TEAM services at account functions such as benefits fairs, open enrollment, and other account programs or conferences.
- Perform outreach to TEAM stakeholders to facilitate trainings and coordinating schedule(s) with Office Manager.
