Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join a clinical team with a Nephrology clinic. You will perform the routine duties of triage, recording medical histories, and preparing the treatment rooms. Responsibilities :

Recorded patients' medical history, vital statistics, and other important information such as test results.

Prepared and administered medications as directed by the physicians.

Explained treatment procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to patients and their caregivers.

Assist with in office procedures as directed by the physicians.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Two (2) – Three (3) years of Medical Assistant experience within a physician office or clinic.

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.

Must be willing to float to other locations as needed.

Completion of a Medical Assistant program.

Benefits and Perks :

18.00 / hr. – $20.00 / hr.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
