About the Candidate :
The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between our sales team and potential customers. You will leverage your technical expertise and excellent communication skills to demonstrate the value of the Teambridge solutions to prospective customers. Your role is critical in driving sales success by understanding client needs, presenting and architecting tailored solutions, answering technical questions and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
To be successful as a Sales Engineer, you'll develop in-depth technical knowledge of Teambridge and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to technical and non-technical customers. Prospects will look to you as a trusted advisor during their decision making process.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering role or similar in a dynamic environment such as software startups and / or fast-paced enterprise software companies
- Experience working and enabling B2B Ent Saas, bonus points if your experience involved a horizontal platform tool (i.e. Salesforce, Rippling), or industry relevant experience (HRIS, PEO, Staffing, Payroll)
- A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate these into tangible benefits that will excite prospective customers
- Experience with Open APIs and business software integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are capable of engaging and influencing various audiences, including technical / non-technical audiences, and C Suite Executives
