Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for our anesthesia practice
- Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes
- Maintain relationships with hospital administrators, nursing staff, and other key stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide backup support to colleagues when needed
