What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area post acute care position at TeamHealth?
Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Winchester, Tennessee, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a part-time internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM) or geriatric trained nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at a skilled nursing facility with a target of 3 days of rounding per week.

We ask that you have an active Tennessee license / DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
