What Youll Be Doing:
Providing Level 2 support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Diagnosing and resolving escalated IT issues quickly and efficiently.
Communicating with clients in a way thats both professional and easy to understand.
Assisting with onboarding, migrations, and deployments.
Documenting solutions and contributing to knowledge base articles.
Staying up to date with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What You Need to Succeed:
2 years of experience in an MSP or similar IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with remote monitoring & management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus!
