Seeking a Level II-III MSP Support Technician to provide exceptional IT support for our clients. You'll need 5 years of help desk experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, implementing new solutions, and on-call duties for urgent client needs.
