SEPTIC SERVICE MANAGER

A well-established and rapidly growing septic pump and repair company is seeking a Septic Service Manager to join our team. We are looking for motivated individuals with septic experience who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Management experience is not required – we will train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage septic service operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Educate and assist customers in selecting the right services and products.
• Diagnose and resolve septic system issues for both residential and commercial clients.
• Perform pumping, repairs, and maintenance on septic systems, grease traps, and non-hazardous liquid waste tanks.
• Deliver top-notch customer service while driving business growth through sales and referrals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• CDL-B (or A) & Septic Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and manage long hours.
• Clean MVR & drug-free record – Professionalism and safety are a priority.
• Strong sales and customer service skills – You excel at building relationships and closing deals.
• Experience from a commission-based platform preferred
