- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute long-term business strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to ensure financial stability.
- Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and safeguard assets.
- Oversee capital structure and financing strategies, including debt and equity management.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Extensive experience in financial management, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise.

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
