Our client is looking for a Junior (3-5 years) .NET Software Engineer to develop and integrate .NET applications using C#, APIs (including Azure OpenAI), and OData to optimize data workflows, automate tasks, and improve system efficiency.
Location: Des Moines, IA preferred, or 100% remote
Duration: Contract through 2025, possible extension.
Rate: $40-$55/hr /-

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement deployment plans, including documentation, training videos, and live demos.
- Conduct UAT and smoke testing before deployment.
- Learn proprietary research processes to build software solutions.
- Troubleshoot proprietary research software (Tier 2 support).
- Document troubleshooting steps in Jira Service Desk.
- Maintain and update knowledgebase articles.
- .NET framework, C#, and Visual Studio.
- API development and integration (RESTful APIs, Azure OpenAI APIs).
- Postman for API testing/debugging.
- JSON and OData for data handling.
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD), version control, project management).
- LINQPad (Preferred).
Salary : $40 - $55
