Lead ITIL instructor-led or virtual instructor-led training sessions, focusing on rapid development and requirement gathering. Solve root causes to improve cash collection processes while working closely with procurement, invoicing, billing, and accounting teams.

Must Haves
- Technical training experience with systems.
- Scenario-based training expertise.
- Accounting knowledge
- Highly analytical with strong questioning skills.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Coupa a huge plus
- Ability to handle fast-paced projects with speed to market as a priority.
- Value-added experience in procurement and accounting.
- Effective in requirements gathering and project completion.
