Key responsibilities and skills:
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with Stakeholders: Gather and understand requirements to ensure the solution aligns with business objectives.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or issues between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and common goals.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and meetings to discuss requirements and strategies.
Solution Architecture, Design, and Implementation:
- MDM Implementation: Experience with implementing Master Data Management (MDM) for items and products using Informatica MDM P360 (PIM) tool.
- Solution Design: Design and implement the PIM solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
- Configuration: Configure data models, match rules, data flows, and other necessary components.
- Data Export: Develop PIM data export solutions using ETL to export data in JSON format and publish it to various downstream applications via KAFKA.
- API Implementation: Implement APIs using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to expose PIM data for various downstream applications.
- Real-Time Data Validation: Implement IDQ rules and integrate them into Informatica P360 (PIM) for real-time data validations.
- Data Maintenance: Enable Item Exec Tag data maintenance for Exec Tag business in PIM.
- Integration Processes: Develop integration processes from different source systems to flow into MDM, where data can be enriched by users and published to downstream systems.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- System Performance: Monitor system performance and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and system performance.
Documentation and Training:
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users and administrators to ensure effective use of the system.
Must have: Technical Skills:
- P360 Data Modeling: Expertise in data modeling within P360.
- P360 UI Extension: Experience with extending the P360 user interface.
- P360 Hierarchy Setup: Setting up hierarchies in P360.
- P360 Import/Export Mapping: Developing import and export mappings in P360.
- P360 Data Quality: Ensuring data quality within P360.
- Active VOS Workflows: Developing complex Active VOS workflows for item/product enrichment and update approval processes.
- REST API Development: Building REST API-based automated migration utilities.
- ETL Processes: Developing ETL processes for conversion and integration.
