We are looking for a results-oriented, experienced professional to join the Americas Revenue Operations team for DEX solution. This role will deliver value by providing recurring reporting and analytics on business performance, seller productivity, and other trends to regional stakeholders while also playing a key role in process optimization, sales technology and strategy, and day to day operations in the region. This person will report to the Director of Revenue Operations in the Americas Region supporting the 1E DEX but will work with many leaders across departments.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-oriented, experienced professional to join the Americas Revenue Operations team for DEX solution. This role will deliver value by providing recurring reporting and analytics on business performance, seller productivity, and other trends to regional stakeholders while also playing a key role in process optimization, sales technology and strategy, and day to day operations in the region. This person will report to the Director of Revenue Operations in the Americas Region supporting the 1E DEX but will work with many leaders across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sellers with customer data and reporting
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on the CRM and integrated sales tools to drive efficiency and adoption
- Drive quote to cash process in the sales cycle
- Support sales steering and enablement with lead routing, automation, and account administration for DEX sales team
- Design, develop and deliver scalable reporting for leadership visibility
- Perform ad hoc analyses to drive actionable insights on sales initiatives
- Collaborate with teams in Finance, Accounting, IT and Business Intelligence and other divisions/departments on business tasks and build cross functional relationship
- A university degree in business, analytics, marketing, economics, data science or other related field.
- Understand the general business dynamics of a SaaS business and their KPI’s.
- Build trusting relationships with other teams, be an inspirational leader, work closely with other colleagues in the organization to drive improvements in collaboration, processes, and knowledge sharing.
- Hands-on mentality and working well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management.
- Work experience using PowerBI or equivalent data visualization tool (Tableau)
- Strong skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation abilities is a requirement.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Experience using sales technologies such as Gong, Outreach, Clari, Planhat
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical roles such as financial analyst, sales operations analyst, data analyst, preferably coming from a software company
- Excellent analytical skills: you will always find the right way for different stakeholders to communicate their results.
- Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects, along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry.
