Job Overview

Duties
- Provide IT support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktop computing equipment
- Assist with mobile device setup and configuration
- Conduct software troubleshooting and provide guidance on application usage
- Manage computer systems, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Support Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure
- Utilize tools such as Jira, SCCM, and TCP/IP for effective problem resolution
Experience
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and computer management
- Strong knowledge of desktop support best practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Experience working with various operating systems including Mac OS
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.41 - $26.17 per hour
