Fulfill ServiceNow requests and provide IT equipment solutions, support computer refreshes, and assist in inquiries for information about solutions (Device Provisioning, Imaging based on Lines of Business)? ServiceNow Dashboarding & Reporting, Catalog Management ? Request analysis and processing? Database updates, Laptop / Desktop refresh injects, SharePoint updates, Rollout and refresh audits, technical writing, wiki, KB articles? Facilitates Break fix scenarios, New Employee Orientation orders (backend)? Compliance process documentation, training documents, resolving Knowledge Base flags in ServiceNow, Monitor Knowledge Base owning group and incident queue.
