Job Title: Compensation Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to support HR functions, including compensation policies, reporting, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in compensation program administration, and a keen eye for market trends to ensure internal equity and competitive positioning.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Support HR reporting, including attrition analysis, staff demographics, budget reports, and forecasting.
- Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount planning) across all departments.
- Contribute to succession planning and promotion processes.
- Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to maintain competitive market positioning.
- Administer compensation programs, including organizational design, salary structure, and budgeting.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related fields.
- Preferred background in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirement:
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
