TeamWRX Staffing is proud to represent one of our top clients, a rapidly growing logistics company, in their search for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their Savannah, Georgia facility. This is an exciting opportunity with a company that values culture, career growth, and operational excellence.
Starting salary is $80,000, with room for negotiation for the right candidate. Eligible for a 30% bonus, and relocation assistance is available. Ecommerce and 3PL experience are highly preferred. Bilingual in Mandarin and Microsoft Office proficiency are both a plus!
Key Responsibilities
As Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehousing operations, overseeing a high-performing team and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe fulfillment. You will:
- Direct daily warehouse functions including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and staff scheduling
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates and customer service staff
- Drive process improvement, performance KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, and planning teams to meet customer expectations
- Manage department budgets and reporting
- Uphold environmental, health, safety, and compliance standards
- Champion a positive work culture aligned with the company's core values
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience (required)
- 1–3 years of ecommerce/fulfillment and 3PL warehousing experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Operations Management or related field (preferred)
- Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred)
- Forklift Certification (required)
