The individual will join our dynamic reconstruction team that is filled with over 100 years of experience combined. To be successful in this role, the Estimator will need to be detail-oriented, possess analytical skills, and be extremely customer focused. Less experienced individuals will be trained to execute the timely, accurate, and profitable estimation of property losses. Additional training will be implemented to assist in closing and retaining customers by promptly responding to requests for estimates on property damage, effectively communicating the organization’s capabilities while maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
