Job Description:
Are you ready to dive into a world where creativity meets organization? As our Interior Design Office Manager focusing on running the business part of our business, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our studio running smoothly behind the scenes. This fast-paced environment requires a high level of detail and organization. You'll be the backbone of our operations!
Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts receivable and payables for interior design projects, retail store, and showroom
Report to our Bookkeeping team and work closely with them to answer all questions.
Process and track orders for multiple projects using Design Manager, Asana, and Google Docs.
Large amounts of data entry into our design-specific software - Design Manager
Work closely with the owner, aiding in managing their workload efficiently.
Maintain digital and hardcopy records binders, ensuring all documentation is organized and readily accessible.
You will be the first point of contact for people who stop in our showroom, and customer service is a top priority for our clients.
Assist with administrative duties as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Flexibility is key in this position, and an all-hands-on-deck is a must.
This is NOT a design position.
Qualifications:
Experience in Office management in a small office environment, ideally with an interior design or architectural firm.
Hyper-organized, structured, able to work independently, detailed- and completion-oriented.
Comfort with taking the initiative, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization.
Highly professional, Positive attitude, discreet, reliable, responsible, and responsive.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills, gifted in dealings with colleagues, suppliers, partners, and clients.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Google Suites.
The ability to pick up software systems quickly is a must; we use Design Manager.
The use of Asana and Canva is a plus.
A passion for interior design and a keen interest in exploring the industry's business side.

Pay: approx. $22.00 per hour (opportunity for more based on experience)
